Choosing a match is only one part of booking your tickets. You also need to understand the category, how your group will be seated and where you will receive the tickets. Use this guide to prepare your purchase with Ticket Time, an independent ticket agency specialising in Real Madrid home matches.
Check the fixture before making travel plans
Start with the upcoming Real Madrid home fixtures and open the match you want to attend. Check the opponent, date and kick-off information on that match page. Check whether kick-off is confirmed or awaiting confirmation; a date in the calendar does not mean every scheduling detail is final.
Organisers can change the schedule. Recheck the match information when planning your visit and before travelling. If the status is unclear, ask Ticket Time before booking.
Compare what each ticket category includes
The stadium seating plan is an indicative guide to the categories. The location and what is included vary depending on the individual ticket and category availability. Read the conditions of the offer you are considering and compare its price with the other available options. A category label alone does not explain everything included in a booking.
If a specific service matters to you, check that the offer explicitly includes it and ask about anything unclear. Tickets are sold by category; the exact section is confirmed when the tickets are delivered. The seating plan does not let you select a specific seat.
Understand the seating arrangement for your group
Ticket Time guarantees seats in pairs. Four tickets are arranged as two pairs and six as three pairs; the guarantee applies to pairs, without guaranteeing that the entire group sits together. For odd-numbered bookings, the arrangement is pairs plus one single seat as close to the group as possible.
Discuss this before choosing your quantity, particularly when travelling as an odd-numbered group. If you have a specific seating requirement, contact Ticket Time before reserving. Ask which options are available before deciding whether to book.
Arrange where your tickets will be delivered
Tickets are delivered one day before the match to your hotel within Madrid city, in an envelope bearing your name. Provide the delivery address and check that it identifies your accommodation correctly. Your booking confirmation email is not the admission ticket.
If you are staying in an apartment or have no Madrid accommodation, contact Ticket Time to arrange delivery or office collection. Agree on the delivery or collection arrangement when preparing your booking.
Read what happens if the match changes
If the organiser changes the date, your tickets remain valid for the new date. If the match is permanently cancelled and will not be played on another date, Ticket Time refunds the full amount paid for the booking, including fees charged by Ticket Time. This is different from a customer choosing to cancel.
Before completing your purchase, review the quantity, category, final price and delivery arrangement together. Read the purchase terms and conditions and ticket FAQs. If a condition does not fit your plans, clear it up with the agency first.
