Who operates this website
Ticket Time, at ticket-time.es, is operated by TRADE & TRAVEL, S.L., tax ID B86133808, at Avenida de Filipinas 4, 28003 Madrid, Spain. For cookie or privacy enquiries, email office@ticket-time.es.
What these technologies do
Cookies are small files your browser stores to remember information. We also use browser session storage and local storage to maintain the shopping cart. This policy distinguishes technical and language functions, optional support chat and optional visit measurement.
The preference panel lets you accept all optional categories, reject them or save a selection. Support chat, analytics and marketing have separate choices. Allowing chat alone does not allow analytics or marketing. Functions needed to remember your choice or provide services you request remain available.
Cookies and browser storage
| Name and provider | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
ticketfan_consent · Ticket Time |
Remembers accepted or rejected categories and the preference version. | Up to 365 days after you save your choice. You can change it sooner. |
pll_language · Ticket Time / Polylang |
Remembers the language used on the website. | 365 days. |
woocommerce_cart_hash and woocommerce_items_in_cart · Ticket Time / WooCommerce |
Maintain the cart and detect changes when you use shopping functions. | Browser session. |
wp_woocommerce_session_* · Ticket Time / WooCommerce |
Connects your browser to cart information stored on the server. | WooCommerce’s default is 2 days; session configuration can change this. |
wc_fragments_*, wc_cart_created and wc_cart_hash_* · Ticket Time / WooCommerce |
Browser storage that updates and synchronises the cart between pages or tabs. | Fragments and the creation time use session storage. The hash may also remain in local storage, which has no automatic expiry, until replaced or you clear site data. |
crisp-client/* · Crisp |
Maintains support-chat continuity when you allow that category. | Crisp’s default is 6 months, which may renew when you return to a page where the permitted chatbox loads. Browser limits may shorten it. |
_ga and _ga_* · Google Analytics |
Distinguish visitors and maintain session information to measure website use when you allow analytics. | Google’s default is 2 years; it is configurable and subject to renewal and browser limits. |
An asterisk represents a variable part of a name. These technologies do not all appear on every visit. Cart technologies support shopping functions and may appear when the cart widget loads; optional storage depends on your choices. Signing in may also use WordPress authentication cookies for account access; their lifetime depends on the session and whether you choose to stay signed in.
These lifetimes refer to browser storage. They are not retention periods for orders or conversations. See our Privacy policy for information about personal data.
Support chat and visit measurement
Crisp provides the chat. The website asks your permission before loading it. You can decline and contact us by email. Withdrawing chat permission closes and hides the chat and requests a reset of its session.
Visit measurement uses Google Analytics. The initial configuration tells Google that analytics and advertising storage are denied. Under Google’s consent mode, a loaded tag can send technical or measurement signals without cookies while that storage remains denied. Declining analytics therefore does not guarantee that there is no connection or transmission to Google.
Provider information: Crisp cookies, Crisp privacy, Google Analytics cookies and Google privacy. Their notices describe processing, processing locations and any applicable international transfers.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Open the panel using this link or the cookie option in the footer. Choose categories and save your preferences, or reject optional categories. Your choice applies to this browser; set it separately on other devices. If you clear the preference cookie or its version changes, the website will ask for your choice again.
Changing preferences updates the website’s permissions but does not guarantee removal of every existing cookie or previously processed data. Use your browser’s cookies and site-data controls to remove them, then reload the page. Clearing or blocking technical data may empty your cart, sign you out or stop some functions working.
