Are the date and time final?

Each match shows its confirmation status. Organisers may change the schedule. Check the latest information before arranging travel.

Can we sit together?

We guarantee seats in pairs: four tickets are arranged as two pairs and six as three pairs. Odd-numbered bookings receive pairs plus a single seat as close to the group as possible. Tickets are sold by category; the exact sector is confirmed when the tickets are delivered.

How will I receive my tickets?

Tickets are delivered one day before the match to your hotel within Madrid city, in an envelope bearing your name. Please provide the delivery address. For an apartment stay or no Madrid accommodation, contact Ticket Time to arrange delivery or office collection. The confirmation email is not the admission ticket.

What if the match changes or is cancelled?

If the organiser changes the date, the tickets remain valid for the new date. If the match is permanently cancelled and will not be played on another date, Ticket Time refunds the full amount paid for the booking, including fees charged by Ticket Time. This is different from a customer choosing to cancel.
