Tickets are delivered 1 day before the game at the hotel which is located within Madrid Capital. When you fill in your information during the purchase, we need you to indicate the address where you want us to send the tickets.

Can I receive the tickets at my hotel?

Yes, we deliver the tickets to the hotel where you are staying, in an envelope with your name on it.

What happens if I am in an apartment or I am not going to have accommodation in Madrid?

When you buy tickets at Ticket Time you will find the map of the stadium with the categories that we have for sale. The tickets will be in the category that you have purchased during the purchase process.

At Ticket Time we sell tickets by category, the exact location of the sector will be known at the time of delivery.

Can you change the date of the match?

The League makes the exact date official 2 weeks before the game. Before buying, you must take into account that the date may vary if it is not confirmed by the League. Normally it is on Saturday or Sunday.

Can I cancel the tickets once purchased?

According to our Terms and Conditions, once the payment has been made, it cannot be canceled, changed and a refund cannot be requested.
What happens if the match is canceled by the organizers of the event?
If the organizers change the date of the match, the tickets purchased will be valid for the new date.
